This delicious hot sauce is a garlic and slightly lower heat version to Dave’s Original Gourmet Insanity Hot Sauce and is great used as a cooking ingredient or right on your plate, but one drop at a time.
When Dave created he probably should have been locked up right then and there. But then he got the diabolical notion to create yet another dangerous sauce that is the garlic equivalent. He named it Total Insanity, as only a madman would, leading one to believe that this sauce is hotter than the original (if that were possible!) It’s not, but they are both insanely hot.
