Figueroa Brothers Inc. is the brainchild of the well known Melinda’s Original Habanero Pepper Sauces which were introduced back in 1989. Melinda’s became known for creating a wide range of habanero based sauces, blending a variety of fresh vegetables giving it’s hot sauces a distinct rich texture and full flavor along with a quick burst of heat.

Melinda’s habanero sauces focused on using the Red Habanero chili pepper, which at the time was known as the Hottest Chili Pepper in the world. Since that time, the naga viper chili pepper and naga jolokia chili pepper have succeeded the red habanero chili pepper for the hottest chili pepper. Since attending numerous hot sauce festivals, The Figueroa Brothers have introduced a wide range of heat level hot sauces and various flavours which include Extra Hot, XXXtra Hot, XXXXtra Reserve, Chipotle, Jalapeño, Mango and Garlic.
