This is the newest addition to the Blair’s line of sauces, replacing Balir’s Jersey Death Sauce. This is the hottest in the line of Blair’s Death Sauces and has a scoville rating just below Blair’s 2am!
If you are brave enough to try this hot sauce (tooth pick drop at a time), you will taste a lovely sweet spice followed by a build up of extreme heat!
Be warned, this sauce contains ingredients 800 times hotter than a jalapeno chili pepper. This hot sauce must be used sparingly. Blair’s Ultra Death should not be consumed without dilution.
